These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tempobet platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and tempobet. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all clauses herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to tempobet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tempobet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of tempobet — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, betting services, casino games, payment facilities, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tempobet platform and, if you have already created an account, request its closure by contacting our support team at support@tempobet. Continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of those changes.
tempobet reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you have an active account with tempobet, we will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account, but the absence of such notification does not affect the legal validity of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the tempobet platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering an account or placing any wager:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from tempobet or had your account permanently closed by the platform for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by a recognised gambling authority to which tempobet is subject.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
tempobet employs automated age-verification checks at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional manual verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access real-money betting and gaming features on tempobet, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any other person or use any name other than your own legal name during registration.
One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on tempobet. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, all bonus balances forfeited, and all pending withdrawals reviewed for legitimacy.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tempobet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tempobet immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings after login.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
tempobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements showing your name and address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
tempobet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (selected accounts)
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)
All transactions on tempobet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied for players transacting via local payment methods.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on tempobet is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your platform wallet in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions under normal operating conditions. tempobet does not charge any fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider's own transaction charges (if any) remain your responsibility.
You must only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and a full review of all associated transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to payment provider availability.
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days from approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days from approval.
tempobet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may experience slightly longer processing times. We endeavour to review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
tempobet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
- Bonuses are available only to players who have fully completed the registration process and, where applicable, KYC verification.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal request will be processed against that balance.
- Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only; real-money funds in your wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity window will be automatically removed from your account without replacement.
- tempobet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in will be notified by email and any applicable pro-rated benefit will be honoured at tempobet's sole discretion.
- Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or collusion, will result in disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of all associated bonus funds, and possible account closure.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on tempobet are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and market choice before confirming. tempobet will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in cases where the platform has made a manifest error.
Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market and event type. The applicable limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. tempobet reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
6.2 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events. Odds during in-play markets fluctuate rapidly in real time. tempobet makes no guarantee that a specific in-play price will remain available between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change materially during the bet placement process, you will be prompted to accept the new price before the bet is confirmed.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games available on tempobet — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and keno — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and statistically verified. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on that game's individual detail page. tempobet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.4 Void Bets & Errors
tempobet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a manifest error, including pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect market configurations. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your wallet. tempobet will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from manifest errors.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on tempobet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account per person, household, or device.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, and failing to disclose this at registration.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in games or betting markets for financial gain.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in bad faith, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity that contravenes anti-money laundering regulations applicable in Bangladesh or internationally.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tempobet platform, its software, or its security infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tempobet staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your tempobet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@tempobet. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, you may activate a voluntary self-exclusion directly from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked against deposits, bets, and logins. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by tempobet
tempobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
- The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
In the event of closure due to a material breach of these Terms, tempobet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly. tempobet will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from a good-faith account suspension or closure.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tempobet will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Limitation of Liability
tempobet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tempobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the tempobet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, images, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of tempobet or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of tempobet.
9.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tempobet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
